Lose 60 Pounds In 30 Days?

Obesity is a state in which the natural energy stored in the fatty tissue of the human body raises to levels that are dangerous to human health. It develops from both individual characteristics and environmental factors. Excessive body weight has been proven to cause various diseases, among them there are the following: cardiovascular disease, diabetes mellitus type 2, sleep apnea, and osteoarthritis. Nowadays, obesity has turned into a serious public health problem, as the number of people suffering from it is increasing all the time.
Many obese people are so fed up with their overweight problems, that they’re ready to do anything to lose their excess sixty pounds or more in a period of only thirty days. They try all the medications advertised, and even agree to undergo surgery.

But they don’t understand the main issue - losing weight is a long-term endeavor. If you are an obese person, you must realize that you haven’t increased your weight in just a month or two. So, how can you get rid of so many excess pounds in such a short time without hurting your body?
You must realize that obesity is a very complex phenomenon caused by a host of factors:
Genetic factor
According to numerous researchers, obesity can be inherited. If your parents are overweight, you have higher risk of becoming obese. It’s your genes that predetermine your body shape and your general weight.
Eating a lot of fats
People who prefer to routinely eat such foods as hot dogs, Big Macs, fries, macaroni and cheese, potato chips, ice cream, and so forth are inclined toward obesity much more frequently than those who don’t eat such products.
Style of Life
Those who lead a sedentary way of life, spending a lot of time at a desk or on a sofa, are at higher risk for obesity than active people. According to the studies, thirty minutes of exercise per day are sufficient to significantly diminish the risk of obesity.
Metabolism
The metabolic rate is the ability of a human body to process food. If you have a slow metabolism, your calories may store food in the form of fat. People with a slow metabolism have to work harder and exercise more to lose excess pounds. So, when losing weight you should try to stimulate your metabolism to reach desired results more quickly. Exercises help in this by strengthening your muscles.
Psychological factor
It has been proven that most of obese people experience frequent stress and depression. But metabolism is considered to work slower in a depressed state, thereby causing the excess pounds to accumulate in human tissues.
Do you now believe that you can remove all these factors that cause an excess of sixty pounds in a period of thirty days? I think you don’t.
I cannot completely refute the possibility of such quick results and tell you that this is a myth. But let’s think in a logical way. If you even succeed at losing sixty pounds in thirty days, you must understand that a large portion of the weight you lose will be water and muscle. Losing a lot of water and muscle weight does nothing to improve your looks, and it actually slows down your metabolism.
So, you’ll experience a reverse process, as slower metabolism always means faster weight gain.
I’m fully convicted that losing weight should be a very a slow, regular, natural process. You must rebuild your body gradually, in order to exclude the possibility of regaining weight. This process should include the following directions:

  • Keeping a healthy diet;
  • Stimulating your metabolism;
  • Cleansing the colon
  • Exercising

Only an application of these four factors can bring you the results you need. So, it’s up to you to decide whether you want to expose your body to a complete shake up by applying the methods to lose sixty pounds in thirty days, and then regaining this weight even more quickly, choosing a gradual process with lasting results.
