How to lose 25 pounds in 3 months

I would like to share some tips with you how to lose 25 pounds in three months.
First of all Always Think Fit:

To reach physical improvements and see the changes, you need to make workouts. As your body and shape changes, you need to increase the frequency, intensity, or time of your workouts in order to continue improving your fitness level.

Choosing an Exercise:

The best exercises and workouts are the ones that you enjoy performing and don’t exhaust yourself.  Effective diet is always right combination of workouts and eating habits.

Indoor (Facility) Activities: You can participate in a group cycling class, fight with stress doing yoga, and refresh yourself with indoor swimming, boxing and others.
Outdoor Activities: Biking, jogging and walks in the park are useful and enjoyable at the same time. Ride bike with your children and walk with your dog in the morning and you will notice how it helps you to be in a good shape.

General Tips to lose 25 pounds in 3 months:
1. Change your eating habits (i.e. start eating smaller portions of food) before if you ate a full plate of food try eating 2/3 of a plate instead.
2. Substitute aspartame for sugar
3. Try eating 3 or 4 smaller meals during the day rather than 2 large ones
4. Eat your main large meal at midday with the other meals much smaller in content
5. Don't eat heavy meals late in the evening as the body wont have time to digest it so it ends up stored as fat in your body.
6. Balance your meals out during the day so in one day you have a mix of protein, carbohydrate and vitamins
7. Eat more pulses grains nuts, pasta, brown rice, cereals, and fresh fruit
8. Stop drinking alcohol if you drink it or cut down
9. Stop smoking if you smoke or cut down
10. Drink a lot of pure water, in after exercises and between meals not less than 8 glasses per day
11. Eat more veggies as it is one of the most important parts of your diet
12. Eat less dairy products or choose those with less fat content i.e. cottage cheese
13. Cook on steam and boil food instead of frying
14. Eat more chicken and fish that usual red meat
15. Use low fat oils in cooking i.e. sunflower
16. Cut down on your salt intake, there are hidden salts even in tinned foods
17. Between meals you can try fruit cocktail or juices, or some light snacks with vegetables (carrots, broccoli etc.)
18. Drink light-fat milk instead of dull cream one.
